Still getting panic attacks

 Sorry still getting panic attacks from when I was overdosed as well like 3:00 🕒 chest pains and stuff like that anyways all me doctors and Phyciatrist’s knows about that so umm don’t needs that along with my back 

Can’t do anything about them 
Hopefully 🙏 the brain will chill but umm caffeine medications vroom if scared then vroom they creep in so if I worry about my back and stufff catch 22 so umm it’s not just my back customers got this little issues going on to
