Laughing out loud just a few cirtificates sorry got dyslexia and been overdosed by the local chemist so umm

Been overdosed by the local pharmacy and gone and got schizophrenia symptoms, so stopped taking customers things on for a bit as obviously 🙄 schizophrenia isn’t funny but pottering on with a few things of my Own to keep me busy , so a few hours here and there

Laid down doing a Smith Astral bulk head time piece 

Excuse me for being laid down but back aches if I sit up straight

When lent over on my bike 🚲 when in a curved position it takes the pinch out of the back and handle bars :-)

Had the bones 🦴 nibbled away in my spine as of stenosis so when I over do it the back swells and the numb foot gets worse so I have to take the pedal of the metal literal so I can loose a week of two when I have to stop 🛑 but I do get back and finish them , that’s my excuse if there late onwards :-)
